2. India’s Central Drug Authority has notified the Drugs and Cosmetics (Compounding of Offences) Rules, 2025.

3. India’s Delhi High Court directed the Central Health Ministry to respond by January 20, 2026 to a contempt plea alleging illegal operations of online health service aggregators.
